Project Manager

A skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee property restoration projects, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of property restoration or construction, capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish while upholding safety, budget, and timeline requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the restoration industry, with strong leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Oversee all stages of restoration projects, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage repairs. Ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated throughout each phase of the project and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Although, there will be a production team to support the project manager for communication and management purposes for the project.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and other team members. Provide guidance, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide accurate reporting on financial performance. Ensure all financial goals are met without compromising quality.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation of each project, including progress reports, change orders, and regulatory compliance. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure workmanship meets quality and safety standards. Address any issues that may arise and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within property restoration or the construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of restoration processes (water, fire, mold, and storm damage) and construction principles.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and industry-specific tools.
